Joint Stock Company Bunkovsky Experimental Plant, abbreviated name of JSC «BEP», hereinafter referred to as the Glass Factory Bunkovsky, publishes this proposal to conclude an agreement on the provision of services for heat supply, hot water supply, the terms of which are given below to individuals living in the village of Bolshoye Bunkovo, Noginsky district of the Moscow region, along the street Demonstration, lane Demonstration.

This proposal, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter — the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) is a public offer. This offer is valid until the revocation of the Offer of the Glass Factory and its organization. The glass factory and its organization have the right, at their discretion, to change the terms of the Offer or withdraw it. In the event of a change in the terms of the Offer, the changes take effect from the moment the specified changes in the terms of the Offer are posted on the network.

At the moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the offer, conclude an agreement (that is, acceptance of the offer), in accordance with paragraphs. 1 and 3 st. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is considered the
beginning of using the service provided by the Glass Factory and its organization.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The glass factory and its organization undertakes to supply the Client of the glass factory with thermal energy for the heating season, for heating the living quarters, hot water supply for household needs, under the conditions specified in this Agreement, for a fee in accordance with the current tariffs, and the Consumer undertakes to accept and use thermal energy, for heating needs, hot water supply for household needs, observing the consumption regime, and pay for the received heat energy and hot water supply in the manner and terms specified in the Agreement.

The area of ​​the heated residential premises of the Heat Supply Object for the purpose of calculating the amount of consumed heat energy for heating needs is determined on the basis of the technical passport (cadastral passport) for the Heat Supply Object Bunkovsky Glass Factory. The amount of consumed hot water is determined based on the readings of metering devices or, in their absence, by the current consumption standards.

The beginning and end of the periods of supply of the Glass Factory and its organization of heat
energy to the Client of the Glass Factory for heating purposes are determined by the beginning and end of the
heating season, established by the regulatory documents of the
local government at the place of business of the Glass Factory and its organization.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The glass factory and its organization is obliged to provide the client of the glass factory with thermal energy, hot water supply in the volumes necessary for him;
provide the client of the glass factory with heat energy and hot water supply of
proper quality in accordance with the requirements of state standards and
regulations of the Russian Federation and this agreement;
independently produce utilities;
charge a fee in accordance with this agreement;
eliminate accidents, communications located in the area of ​​responsibility of the
Glass Factory and its organization;
inform the Client of the glass factory within 24 hours from the date of detection of malfunctions in the
operation of engineering systems and (or) engineering communications and equipment,
located in the area of ​​responsibility of the Glass Factory and its organization;
notify the Client of the glass factory about the beginning and timing of interruptions in the supply of thermal
energy, or a decrease in the supply of thermal energy:

• not less than 3 days in the course of scheduled repairs;
• not less than 24 hours at any time of the year during unscheduled repairs, with the exception of accidents.

at the request of the Client, the Bunkovsky Glass Factory send its representative to find out the
reasons for not providing or providing public services of inadequate
quality (with the preparation of an appropriate act), as well as an act fixing the harm
caused to the life, health or property of the consumer in connection with accidents,
natural disasters, lack of or poor quality provision of
thermal energy;

The client of the glass factory is obliged

immediately inform the Contractor about accidents, fires,
equipment malfunctions , and other violations arising from the use of
communal resources, and if possible, take all possible
measures to eliminate them;
for the purpose of accounting for communal resources supplied to the client of the glass factory, use
metering devices entered in the state register of measuring instruments;
ensure the safety of seals on metering devices and distributors
installed in the room;
timely and in full pay for heat energy;

The glass factory and its organization have the right

to demand payment for consumed heat supply and hot
water supply, in accordance with this agreement, and in cases of violation by the consumer of the
payment terms — payment of penalties (fines, penalties);
require admission at a time previously agreed with the Consumer at
the premises occupied by the authorized representatives of the Bunkovsky Glass Factory to inspect the
technical and sanitary state of engineering systems and equipment inside the
premises, and to eliminate accidents — at any time; demand from the Client of the glass factory full compensation for losses incurred through the fault of the
Client of the glass factory, if the Consumer fails to comply with the obligation to admit
authorized representatives of the Contractor to the premises occupied by him, in
the cases specified in the clause of this agreement;

The client of the glass factory has the right

receive heat energy in the required volumes, hot water supply of
adequate quality;
receive information from the Glass Factory and its organization on the status of payments for
payments (in person or through a representative);
receive from the Contractor an act on the non-provision or provision of
heat energy, hot water supply of inadequate quality and on the elimination of the
identified deficiencies in a timely manner;
receive information from the Contractor about the volumes and quality of heat
energy, hot water, the conditions for their provision, changing the size and the procedure for
their payment;

The client of the glass factory is prohibited from

to drain the coolant from the heating system without permission
Bunkovsky Glass Factory;
unauthorizedly join the systems of heat supply, hot
water supply, join them bypassing metering devices;
dump substances prohibited (not permitted) for dumping by the current
legislation of the Russian Federation.
illegally break the seals on metering devices, dismantle
metering devices and take actions aimed at distorting their readings or
damaging them.

Contract price and settlement procedure

The tariff for heat energy and hot water supply is approved and changed
in accordance with the current legislation; the change in the tariff is communicated to the
client of the glass factory through the media and does not require re-execution of the
Agreement.
Calculations for consumed heat energy, hot water supply are made in
accordance with the current tariff established by the Committee on Prices and Tariffs of the
Moscow Region for consumers, from the date of its introduction.
The settlement period for the consumed heat energy, hot
water supply is determined by the calendar month.
Settlements for heat energy and hot water supply under the Agreement are
made by the Consumer to the Glass Factory and its organization in the following
order:

• in the absence of a common house metering device according to the standards for the consumption of
  utilities.
• in the presence of a general house metering device based on data on consumption for the
  billing period, determined using general house metering devices.

Payment under the Agreement is made by the Consumer to the address of the Glass Factory and its
organization no later than the 15th day of the month following the settlement, by any
means that are allowed by the Legislation of the Russian Federation,

Term of the contract

This agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication, extends its effect to legal relations arising from the moment of using the service. The contract is considered concluded for an indefinite period. Conditions not provided for by this Agreement are governed by applicable law.

Settlement of disputes

If the Parties have reasonable claims against each other, the Party shall notify the other Party in writing within 10 (Ten) working
days from the date of detection of violations. In the event of a disagreement, the Parties will seek to resolve them out of court by reaching mutually acceptable agreements. If a mutually acceptable result is not achieved, disputes are resolved in court.
